Forever Present

When times get tough, family and friends may abandon us, but we can depend on our faithful God. There is no hardship we’ll face where our Heavenly Father is not with us. And although we can’t see Him, He’s there to uphold us with His righteous and mighty right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)

We don’t have to fret and let the enemy rob us of our peace. Nor do we have to let loneliness take hold of our emotions. But instead, draw close to our Father, and He will draw near to us (James 4:8). It’s then that we can seek Him for what we need. He is our Comforter and will support us when we’re feeling down, upset, uncertain, and afraid.

We only have to trust Him and His faithful love because His promises will not return into Him void. He is not a man that we have to worry about His truthfulness. If He spoke it, it shall come to pass. (Numbers 23:19)

We can rejoice in our Father’s faithfulness. And thou we walk through dark times, and we think we’re not going to make it. We can look to Him and draw on His promise that we do not have a spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Praise God!!!

Remember, God is near us, always and forever. Our Father is forever present.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my Comforter. Reassure me of Your presence as I draw near to You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
