Life Fulfilled

Your world may be spinning out of control, but you don’t have to spin with it. Remember, we all have a choice of how to respond to our external circumstances, which will directly impact our internal state. 

God desires that we have His peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding, which will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). So no matter your present situation, don’t be troubled or afraid. Instead, accept the gift of Jesus’ peace — a peace of mind and heart that the world cannot give. (John 14:27) 

Moreover, we must discern God’s truth. We have to make a decision to view things through the lenses that God prescribes, rather than the lenses we choose to wear, be it world views or our own views. This means we must take off our rose-colored glasses, and we will see much clearer. It’s then that we’ll rejoice in the Lord and find contentment no matter our circumstances, and we’ll discover the secret of living in every situation — a life fulfilled (Philippians 4:10-12). 

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my peace. Reveal to me Your truth so that I see things from Your perspective so that I might live a fulfilling life in Christ. In Jesus’ name, amen.
