When we trust in the Lord with all our hearts and surrender our fears to Him, we can declare victory in every situation we face. No matter the darkness that surrounds us, His Light will always shine through. Because our Heavenly Father is stronger, mightier, wiser, and is the sovereign King. He is the Light of the world. (John 8:12)
It’s when we surrender it all to our Lord in our weakness that we are made strong in Him (2 Corinthians 12:10). We can depend on Him to bind up our wounds and to soothe every ache. He is our Light and salvation, and there is nothing that we should fear. We can trust Him to direct our path and make us whole.
Are you worried about what tomorrow will bring? If you are, don’t let another day go by living in the shadow of fear that the enemy wants to keep you in. Instead, stand boldly on every word that the Lord our God speaks. Trust Him with your whole heart. And witness His sovereignty and saving power in your life. (Psalms 23)
Prayer: Lord, thank You for being the Light in my life. Help me to surrender everything that’s weighing me down. Manifest Your presence in my darkness and show me the way out. In Jesus’ name, amen.
