Speak Life

When we seek God in all we do, He has promised to direct our path (Proverbs 3:6). But we have to be willing to surrender it all to Him. Heartache. Worry. Anxiety. Depression. Doubt. Fear. Addition. Whatever it is that’s holding us back from living a full life in Him. We have to let it go.

It’s in our weakness that we are strong because it allows God’s power to work through us (2 Corinthians 12:9). His grace is sufficient in every circumstance and situation we may face. It’s by His Spirit that we are made whole (Colossians 2:10).

We don’t have to walk around feeling defeated. We are children of the Most High. As a result, we have victory over the enemy. We have authority in Christ to speak to our situation and overcome adversity. There is life and power in our words. Therefore we have to be mindful of the things we speak over our lives. (Proverbs 18:21)

Take a moment to reflect. Do you find yourself walking in circles and going through the same thing over and over again? Perhaps it’s what’s being spoken. Do you speak and meditate on negative thoughts day after day hour after hour? Because, remember, what’s in our heart is what shows up (Proverbs 23:7).

Choose today to think about what our Heavenly Father has to say about you and put it into practice daily. You are loved. You are victorious. You are strong in Him. Whatever is true, God’s word, think on and speak these things, and the God of peace will be with you (Philippians 4:8-9).

Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your faithful love. Renew my mind and replace any negative thoughts with Your word. Let Your perfect will be manifested in my life. In Jesus’ name, amen.
