God’s thoughts are higher and far exalted above ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). And His timing is not based on our timetable. Why is it that we sometimes try to rush Him or out-think Him, or perhaps even try to work things out in our own way? Only to find out that we need Him to deliver us from the mess we’ve gotten ourselves tangled up in.
But how great is it that our Heavenly Father is patient with us and willing to come to our rescue. We can turn to Him and seek Him for help. He’s waiting with open arms. He will rejoice and pour out His lovingkindness upon us and restore and repair every broken piece of our lives. (Luke 15:11-23)
Do you need Jesus to step into your situation? Seek Him. Call out to Him. Trust Him. Keep your eyes on Him. Trust in His love, and forget what the enemy says about your circumstances. It’s never too late for God to step in. The Lord will set all things in order. And when He does, you will know that it was only something that He could do.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your grace and lovingkindness. Show me how to trust in Your perfect timing. Give me Your peace and joy in all things. In Jesus’ name, amen.
