More Of Him

God never promised us a life free of trouble, but He does promise never to leave us or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6). In the tough times, we can take comfort knowing that He loves us, He has His eye on us, and He is always working to help us (Psalm 33:18-22).

Don’t fret! Instead, when you experience things you don’t understand, or life’s storms hit you, lean into our Heavenly Father. Remember that He is always with you no matter what you feel or think, and no matter what your circumstances seem to be.

Jesus is with you through every storm. When you step out of the boat as Peter did, you will come out better and stronger on the other side because His unconditional love will sustain you. Jesus will turn your difficult times into victory to His glory, and as you trust Him, He will stabilize you. And, He will give you more of Himself. (Matthew 14)

Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your sustaining power. As I trust in You, set my feet on stable ground. Help me and show me Your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.
