Have you ever encountered something in your life that seemed impossible to overcome? Then you become doubtful and feel hopeless because your current reality seems impossible to defeat.
We all have experienced this feeling on some level. If not, keep living because life has a way of throwing us a curveball here and there. But when facing the curveball with God in mind, we’ll realize that we can do all things through Christ Jesus, who strengthens us. (Philippians 4:13)
There is no limit to what God can do. His capability is inexhaustible, so we have to take the breaks off of Him with our stubborn will and limited thinking and stop putting God in a box. When we surrender our limited perspective of things and trust God, all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26)
Many people don’t like change, but change is inevitable. And life requires that we continuously shift and adjust as we face what’s up ahead. The sooner we realize that most everything is beyond our control and that we need God’s wisdom and help, the better our response will be to the challenge we face. Our surrender to the Holy Spirit’s leading is what will lead us to victory because His abilities are limitless. There is no limit to what we can overcome when we have God on our side.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for all that You do for me. Show me how to shift and change my limited way of thinking. Help me to see my situation from Your vantage point. Help me understand that with You, there is no limit. In Jesus’ name, amen.
